Trauma-Informed Values in the Workplace
“We assume that our employees enter our workplace with their own lived experiences. Some of those experiences are shared with others, whereas some are uniquely their own. Our commitment is to recognize, embrace, and celebrate our employees. And at all times, that means supporting our employees through and within their trauma. There is no difference between how we treat our employees and how we treat our clients. To each we lead with love, you cannot do that, and be vulnerable, if you are not trauma informed.”
-Aimee LeFevers-Kolick, Executive Director
